How do I deposit money into my Vergo account?

Deposit via electronic transfer

The easiest way to deposit money into your Vergo Account is via electronic transfers from other financial institutions. In order to do that, please link an external bank account in the Vergo mobile app.

On the homescreen of the Vergo app, you can click on “add funds” which will help walk you through the steps on submitting an electronic transfer.

How long will it take to get my physical cards in the mail?

After you open a Vergo Checking Account, we get started on personalizing your new Vergo Visa Debit Cards. Your Vergo Visa Debit Cards are usually placed in the mail within one (1) business day after you open your Checking Account. It can take 3 to 5 business days for your Vergo Visa Debit Cards to arrive at your mailing address.

What are Vergo reward points?

We're the first and only business current account and debit card to offer cash back to the home building, design and renovation industry. Vergo debit card holders will receive cash back on all eligible purchases in the form of reward points. Reward points can be redeemed directly for cash at the end of every month of spending and will be reflected on your upcoming statement.

How secure is my account?

We take security seriously

Information security is a top priority. We will never ask you for your login credentials via email or text.  And we work hard to protect your information, such as by using encryption and other measures to help safeguard your money and data.

Instantly block your card

If your card is missing or you suspect unauthorized use, you can block all transactions on your Vergo debit card. Open the Vergo app and disable transactions to immediately prevent new debit or credit card purchases or ATM withdrawals.

Shop worry-free at millions of merchants. Vergo debit cards are protected by the Visa Zero Liability Policy to ensure that cardholders will not be responsible for unauthorized charges. 


What should I do if I think my debit card has been compromised?

If you feel that your Vergo debit card has been compromised in any way, we ask that you:

  1. Temporarily block your card by logging onto your Vergo account through the mobile app.
  2. Go to the CARDS tab and toggle the button to LOCK. This feature immediately prevents new purchases and ATM transactions on your Vergo Visa Debit Card account.
  3. Contact VISA Customer Support immediately at 1-833-333-0417.
